3. User Accounts

• Share account credentials with others

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PMP Master, including but not limited to:

• Practice questions and answers
• Text, images, and graphics
• Software and code
• Logos and trademarks
• User interface designs

is owned by PMP Master or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Study and learn from the content
• Print content for personal study use only

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content
• Create derivative works from our content
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use content to create competing products

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We expressly disclaim:

• No Guarantee of Passing: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content, we do not guarantee you will pass the PMP exam.
• Content Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but make no warranties about completeness or reliability.
• No Warranty of Uninterrupted Service: We do not guarantee the Platform will always be available or error-free.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, Firebase, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for exam results or certification outcomes
• We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMP Master, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Platform

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Effective immediately upon posting for new users
• Effective 30 days after posting for existing users

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may terminate by deleting your account
• We may terminate for violation of these Terms
• We may suspend access for technical or security reasons

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
• Your data may be deleted or anonymized
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability, and indemnification survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms:

• Shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation
• If unresolved, shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware
• Class action lawsuits are waived

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PMP Master regarding the use of the Platform.

16. Age Requirement
